Join us for a day of participating and learning practical skills to enhance being centered and grounded during these tumultuous times.

The day will be composed of simple meditations, experiential exercises (including experiencing the didgeridoo and Tibetan sound bowls), along with drawing and painting enso' in the garden. Enso's are better known as Zen circles of "enlightenment" that will help still our minds.
