This is a two hour class on the challenges of food allergies and sensitivities. One man’s food may be another man’s poison. Foods that we often enjoy, or even crave, may be creating health challenges throughout our bodies, brains, hormones, and emotions.

In the course you will be learning about:

  • The link between food allergies/sensitivities and diseases ranging from:
    • Migraines to Multiple Sclerosis
    • Joint and muscle pain to Rheumatoid Arthritis
    • Indigestion to Ulcerative Colitis and Crohn’s disease
    • Tiredness to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  • The causes - including leaky gut, stress, toxins and medications such
    as antidepressants
  • How they are diagnosed - from provocative pulse rate challenge to sophisticated blood test
  • The treatment options - including rotation and elimination diets to balancing the immune system
